Tice: A Real American Hero
Luckily, no matter how much the GOP wants to run our federal government like the Italian mafia there are still Americans willing to blow the whistle on abuse and corruption. Russell Tice is the NSA employee who let America know that our President ordered the agency to break the law. We should all thank Mr. Tice for daring to speak truth to power. And for putting it all in a book for us to read unfiltered by political partisans. (He'll need the income, since--of course--the NSA dismissed him.)

You forgot to mention that Tice lost his job last May after the NSA revoked his security clearances citing psychological concerns.
Perhaps your hero is a disgruntled employee with an axe to grind, or he just wants to sell books....
Typical bureaucratic reaction: fire the whistleblower, then assassinate his character. Funny how this "axe to grind" can't be that he's tired of being told to break the law. Naw, couldn't be that.
And would YOU let the mainstream media speak on your behalf? Not me. If I had something to say of this magnitude, I'd put it in a book where I can speak without interruption or distortion.
